Om Namo Bhagavate Param GuraveDear Sri GopaljiI computed the possible time frames for lagna for this native and unless birth was before Brahma Muhurta, there cant be Libra Lagna which manifests its latest at 4am

Sunrise on 25 December 1924 was around 7:06am, so with outer maximum range for birth of Brahma Muhurta would be 1 hr 56 min before sunrise thus not before 5:10am, which gives him a lower range of 14 Sc 13 Lagna or an outer range of 10 Sg 04 Lagna at Sun Rise.

Not sure if this helps, but for some reason my eye caught the numbers. I also rememebr that he was unmarried, so this should give us some clues. Does anyone have a time that is comonly used for him in chart analysis.
