You gave a new angle of approach to view the situation in hand. By the way, Libra 11th would be Leo.

When one does not have a birth chart, and has to talk then -

One also has to see the Panchada Maitry, where Jupiter would be a shatru to Venus, and for Venus, Jupiter would be a adhi shatru. Keeping this in mind we have to move ahead.

For a Sagittarius native, Venus would give dual results both inimical as well as friendly, cause Taruus the 6th house represents inimical while the sign Libra, the 11th represents friendly.

For a Pisces Venus would be inimical more, as the 8th Lord is represented by Venus as owner of Libra.

For a Librian again Jupiter would be more of inimical, causing to be the owenr of the 6th house Pisces.

For a Taurean native Jupiter again would be more of a inimical planet being Lord of the 8th, unless placed in the 11th which is its own sign.

The above statements are all isolated and subject to the addition of more such statements where again each of them would also prove to be a benefic.

So ultimately both planets give dual results.

But if we consider the relationships, then both are enemies to each other.

Coming back to the original statement in this thread - Daitya and Guru.

So without a chart, it would be needless waste of time to contemplate the results of their Dasha antardasha.

So some general questions arises in my mind....I will come to more specific

questions if something is not get clear to me.

 

And how important is yogani Dasha? Should one look at vimshotari dasha as

well as yogani for predictions.

I took birth on 23rd july 1960 at 14.10 hours in Bangalore, Karnataka.  And my next sub-period in venus mahardasha will commence from 11th July 2014.  IN my RASI CHARTJupiter has occupied 2nd house (which is being his own house) and Venus has occupied 9th house[along with sun & moon] (which is being the house of Moon).  Kindly help me out in giving suggestions from your end, pelase.
