Dear Bhaskar ji, That is the view of "western traditional astrology", which is a continuation of Kepler's astrology and similar systems. Please note that in the files section the above file is placed under the folder named "Western Astrology" (Actually I should better name it as 'Western Traditional Astrology'), an off shoot of Hellenistic (Babylonian/Greek) astrology.
