When will the family return?

A young woman I know from China is facing a predicament. Her husband

and young children flew to China to see her mother-in-law who was

dying of cancer. Subsequently, the mother-in-law died. When the

husband tried to return to the U.S., he experienced all kinds of visa

problems. His visa is currently being processed, but the wheels of

bureaucracy grind very slow. She has no idea when her husband and

children will return to the U.S. I would like to help her, but don't

trust my astrological skills at present. Would anyone in this

brilliant group be kind enough to give some guidance as to when this

lady's husband and children will return? This question could be

solved with prasna. I asked her for her time of birth yesterday, but

it was not a proper prasna, because my friend did not know that an

answer could be found in this way and hence had not formulated the

question, and I had known about her problem for a few days. This

could be regarded as an empirical exercise, because I could let you

know when they return.
