Sun, Moon conjunction in Shatabhishak and my Identity theft

I wanted to share a personal experience.

I always try to keep a positive credit on my credit cards. I was just

reading Manil Suri's " Death of Vishnu " few hours back when something

struck me and checked my bank a/c credit card status.

 

I saw false transactions on my card, three of them, two pending and

the other one posted on 24-Feb-2009.

 

Immediately blocked the card and fortunately had " fraud proof " on so

the bank is going to take care of the mess. The Fraud Dept. was indeed

very helpful.

 

On Feb-24, Sun, Moon entered Shatabhishak (Rahu's) nakshatra together

(eclipse) and this incident happened with me.

 

I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Please make sure that

things are fine with you.

(eclipse) and this incident happened with me.//Now that you've mentioned this incident, let me tell you that moon's entry in satabhisha this time was not a common occasion. It fell on a Bhaumavasya i.e an amavasya on mangal or tuesday.

This happens once in 11-12 years. Durga Ashtottarshatnam Stotram talks about the significance of this time for 'Sampada' and Sampatti is a part of sampada. The last shloka of the stotram says,Baumavasyanishegre chandre shatbhisham gate,

Vilikhya prapathet stotram sa bhavet sampadam padam

 

When moon is ingressing in satabhisha on an amavasya which falls on tueday, one should recite Durga Ashtottarshatnam Stotram (after writing it in own hand - Vilikhya prapathet ) to ask DEVI for granting sampada.Regards

Dear Neelam-ji,

 

Thank you for mentioning this. I guess it was indeed Maa's kripa that

I caught this on time before more damage could be done.
