Forget seconds that is impossible for one to note accurately, even minutes go haywire completely. In any house if you check the wrist watches of all the family members you will find difference in their timings, you will find difference in the timings of the wall clock, Cell Phone, Computer and all gadgets showing time. Now if there is so much difference in the timings in our house itself, then what to speak of the timings in the hospital which would be nearly right in most cases, but not so at all times. Now the question is at time of birth would the Doctor and nurses be busy in looking after the baby which has come out, or will they keep the baby aside and note the timings ?
