Thanks for providing a chart to increase our knowledge. According to me there is

Gemini lagan in last degree in the nakshtra of Jupiter. The period at present is

Venus/Venus/Jupiter. Venus is in the nakshtra of Jupiter and Jupiter is in his

own nakshtra. At birth the native was born in Ketu/Saturn/Moon period. Ketu is

posited in the nakshtra of Moon. Moon is 2nd lord and 2nd house is occupied by

Saturn and aspects combust Moon. So delay in speech. In navamsha Ketu is posited

in 11th with Jupiter aspecteng tht 5th house. 2nd and 5th house represent

speech. So the affect on speech is normal. But Ketu period is over and Venus

period has stared. Venus is exalted in 10th house There is exchange of Venus

5th/12th lord and Jupiter 7th and 10th lord. Jupiter is malefic for the lagna.

Lagna is vargottam and Venus is posited in navamsha lagna. If we examine the

cyclic D/3 Venus and Jupiter are in lagna, Sagittarius. Moon and Sun in 6th,

Taurus. Saturn and Rahu in

3rd, ears and aspected by Mars in 12th own sign. Scorpio and Ketu from 9th

house. Saturn aspects the Mars. So medical and surgical help is required.

The transit of Jupiter in Aquarius and over natal Venus will aspect the lagna

and save the child from the problem.
