I was looking for your valued advices on the following - 1) It is said that when a planet turns retrograde one must not begin a new work ? Is this true ? 2) It is also said that a person if he begins a new work during retrogression of a planet and the work remains unfinished by the time this planet becomes direct, then the work will only be taken up when the planet turns retrograde next time. Is this true ? 3) If above is not true then what are the rules actually for work to be undertaken when a planet is direct or retrograde ? 4) What work should be undertaken/not undertaken when the planets are retrograde/Direct?
