Kindly refer to " Ashtakavarga " by Sri C.S. Patel page 36-37-38.

 

1) Lagna Ashtakarvarga is used for Longevity calcuations

 

2) If Lagna Ashtakarvarga is added to Samudayashtakavarga (337) then

total becomes 386. (this is duplication of Lagna bindus)

 

{Sreenadh's favorite } Sri Yavanacharya is the only person who mentioned

Rahu's Ashtakavarga. Rahu contributes 43 bindus. Because Rahu does not

have any ownership {those having Rahu in Lagna/4H beware - NO residence

for you.....!!}.

 

Sri C.S. Patel recommends use of Rahu's Bhinnashtakavarga for prediction

purpose.

You caught my attention. I have Rahu in 4h. Can you explain more? No residence ???

-Dear Sreeram ji,

This is with reference to your observations on rahu in 4th house. My only

brother has rahu in the fourth house with sun. He is 1964 born, bought his first

house in 96, a flat in bangalore, built his own house on an independent plot in

2001, house measuring 4200 sq ft, presently valued at 3.5 crores, he has a huge

plot next to my house, he has a 3 bedroom flat at mangalore where my parents

stay, he had 2 more 3 bedroom flats in bangalore which he had bought for

investment purposes one of which he has since sold, and now he is planning to

buy a farm house. He is planning to built a small apartment block in his plot in

mangalore and keep the top floor with a 5,000 sq ft area for himself and keep it

as a holiday home for himself.

All this with rahu in 4th house.
