Ayurveda and Astrology

Dear friends,

 

Recently I got the chance to go through the book of David Frawly on Ayurveda

and Astrolgy but I am still not clear about the basic

 

methodology of prognstication through astrology linked to Ayurveda.

 

(i) The concept of Tridosha is clearly defined.

 

However the idendification of basic faults ( in internal disorder of the system

or due to blockage or intervention of foreign agensts/ factors) in the

functioning of the various intricate sub-systems of the body mechanism as

 

defined in the Ayurveda of Charak Samhita such as

 

(ii)Rasa (Harmones)

(iii)Dhatu (Tissue system)

(iv) Agni-( metabolism)

 

(v) Srota ( flow of materials, fluids and oxygen and electromagnetic currents,

including emotions of our mind)

 

I am yet to understand properly.

 

Learned members having experience/ exposure on the subject may please

 

be compassionate enough to provide some good reference on the subject.
