Dear Namita,

From Bhamsa(or Nakshatramsa), strength of the person concerned is

judged. The Amsas start from Mesha or its quadrants. On the other side

the Trinal Rashis(Like Vrishabha & its trinal signs start from Karka,

Mithuna & its trinal signs, start from Tula) form one group. Thus

there is a trinal position on one side, & Quadrantial on the other

side. The physical strength & stamina is being judged from this D-chart.

I hope this helps.

Thank you,

.

According to Pandit Sanjay Rath, Fortune during a Narayana Dasa is also

judged from the Bhamsa chart. As I understand it, one should take the

Dasa Rasi's Cuspal degree and find the Bhamsam position in the D-27

chart. If that position is in an Exalted or Debilitated Rasi, Opulence

is predicted. If in a friendly or own sign, finances will be good, If

in an inimical sign poverty is predicted. The same can be said for the

Lord of the Dasa Rasi also according to Pandit Rath - Page 76

of " Narayana Dasa " by Pandit Sanjay Rath.

Dear Friend,

Bhamsa means 27th part of a raasi. It is caliculated for lagna or planet . First we have to divide the raasi into 27 parts, from that we can come to know planet in which Bhamsa it is in.

If the lagna or planet in Mesha , simha, Dhanu raasis we have to caliculate from Mesha,

If the lagna or planet in Vrushabha , kanya , makara raais we have to caliculate from Karkataka,

If the lagna or planet in Midhuna, thula, kumbha raasis we have to caliculate from Thula,

If the lagna or planer in Karkataka, vruschika meena raasis we have to caliculate from Makara.

The planet or lagna placed raasi lord is the Bhamsadhipa.

Hope its clear now.

Thank you

Narasimha
