PROPER TECHNIQUE FOR BIRTH TIME RECTIFICATION?

Plz suggest any fool proof technique for birth

time rectification with example? And what should be the criteria for child

birth:

 

1)The time at which plasenta breaks?

2)The time at which hand,feet,or hand comes out?

3)The time at which umblical cord is cut?

4)The time of first cry of child?

5)The time of conception?

6)The time at which child touches earth?

There is no fool proof method for Birth time rectification.

 

The citeria for child birth should be the first breath taken by the

child , (or the first cry if they come together).
