A few traditional prasna techniques

Dear friends,

 

I do not know what technique illustrious late Shri Iyer was using.

 

But I have seen my late grandfather answering peopl'e question without casting a

prasna chart on the basis of

 

(i) Nimitta (Omens)

(ii)modified applications of Kaka Charita (the sound of crows)

(iii) General Movement of Yoigini, Kala (Yamardha) and Mrityu

(iv) general gochara /transit planetary movement such as; retrogression/direct

etc.

(v)KHECHARI VIDYA (analysing the flow of breath of the person asking the

question, the beginning and ending phonetic sounds of the question, his

direction of sitting, position of head and hand and other gestures, tone etc.

while asking the question

 

In my humble experience I have tested the methods (ii) to (iv) but could not be

able to learn the method (i) and (v) as stated above.

 

Yogini, Kala and Mrityu points opposing /sitting 10th from the karya bhava,

karyesha, lagna or lagna lord, chandra or chandra lagna lord destroys the

significations and the resultant answer is FAILURE,

 

irrespective of all the strong natal factors !

 

For example on the morning of a day the tithi is 1st (pratipat) yogini would be

in lagna during sunrise- and the question about of health of wife - purchase of

landed property- would be answered in the negative.
