Guest guest Posted July 18, 2009 Report Share Posted July 18, 2009 Dear Friends, We have a program on Friday on the radio called "Science Friday" on NPR( National Public Radio) that is usually very interesting and thought provoking. Last Friday the topic of discussion was space travel and going back to the Moon etc. While this topic was being discussed an interesting thought came to my mind. In the future if mankind colonizes the Moon, surely some Jyotishi's will go along. So when they practice from the Moon, will they consider Earth as a Benefic or Malefic ? . So naturally he will have to make Earth the significator of Mind, and attribute most of the significance currently ascribed to Moon. This means that We will have to treat Earth as a Benefic just like (current) Moon then, and not as malefic. A natural possibility and derivation.
