Dear Learned Astrologhers,

I give below the details of a Male who has Jupiter and Saturn in the 9th house in the zodiacal sign of Virgo. He is an Actutrist and working in a prestigious company in USA and settled there.

DOB : 4th May 1981

TOB : 00.44 Hours

POB : Mumbai.

He has very good academic back groud. He did his 11th and 12th from Singapore on Singapore Airlines scholarship and then did his B. S. in Maths and Computer science from Texas. He did his M.S. in Acturial Science from Georgia in Atlanta USA.

Presently settled in USA.

Dear Dushyant ji,

An Actuarist is not an ordinary person. It needs extraordinary studies

and only few pass out. Or I must say, even get admitted to such courses.

For Actuary work, the planets Saturn, Mars and Mercury are involved, the

signs required are Aries, Scorpio and Pisces, and the houses required to

be activated are 2, 8 and 12.

In the native,s chart whose details you presented, (I am now checking

now as a KP astrologer since this is perfect and does not need other

type of study for me, as the results are known and just fixing astrology

has to be done) I normally check the 10th Cuspal Sub Lord for checking

the actual profession in which the native must be. In his chart the 10th

Cuspal Sub Lord is Saturn, placed in the 8th house in sign owned by

Mercury, and Lord of the 2nd . Saturn in nakshatra owned by Moon placed

in Sign Aries.

Though if you had not told us what he is doing, I would have honestly,

not been able to find out by looking at his chart, what profession he

would be into.

Thanks for enlightening me on the subject of Actuary. In the course of the discussion it was pointed out that person with Saturn-Jupiter conjunction are boud to make great impact/changes. Does it hold true in this case and if so when?

Dear Dushyant ji,

Sorry for the delay in replying you. Was occupied for the major part of

the day. Also had to write a short " Shraddhanjali " for my KP Guruji who

expired 3 days ago to be published in the lates KP E magazine.

I know about the expertise of an " Actuary " because this was explained to

us 10 years ago when I attended my course to be admitted as an Life

Insurance Agent.

Coming to your Query , I confess this issue is out of my reach, and

really a difficult one to explain with the little knowledge I possess.

Its not easy to predict the cause and effects of a Sat-Jup Conjunction

in any house, as per ad verbatim rules known to us. But this is for sure

that the native with this conjunction will face great many upheavels and

downfalls which he will witness in his Life at various quarters of his

Life span. This woul be obviously due to the opposite and conflicting

characteristics of bith these great planets at work, and these would

produce different types of impacts on the various houses they are placed

in and cosnidering the Lordships they possess. The areas of the impacts

would need a very wise, experienced and a intuitive astrologer to guess

and convey in part or full, exactly what could be.

We have much to learn further in this Great field and pastimes of the

Gods, Rishis and Munis. I humbly say that I fall too short of my own

set requisites for an ordinary astrologer too. It ay take me many years

of further study to call myself an astrologer and " mean " it. Uptil date

whatever right predictions I am able to make is just due to the grace of

Lord Krishna I worship, and probably He helps me because I always mean

good for the native coming to me for enquiry and genuinely wish to help

him, and part from me, a relieved man.

Dear Mr. Bhaskar,

Thanks for your reply. I also thought so. That is that the native may come

across many obastacles since he has Pravaja yoga and this may lead him to

renouncement. If this happens then it may be between the age of 32 to 36 as the

planet Jupiter is said to give resuts at the age of 32 and Saturn at the age of

36.

However what kind of event which may occur can lead him on the spiritual journey

is what I am unable to decipher with my little knowledge gained through your

forum and by reading astrological books.

The above dwidhha promted me to ask you the question.

May be if any one else can look into it I shall be obliged.
