Dear Sirs,

It is my understanding that Actual Thread to which this thread relates has run

long.Quote and story here is superb but contexts does not fit and match.I heard

in my younger days this episode from OSHO.

Story relates to realization of self as super self through silent mind so is the

case of transmission of knowledge by young Guru dakshinmurti to elder rsi

through silence .

No sirs ! Here issue was simple technical.

I could not see any transmission of basic truth of astrology in spite of scores

of mail:after all it was Rahu ,It was VIII house. And time is When Jup is

debilitated Rahu too in same sign.

It reminds me a old teaching.

Astrology has two streams. One governed by Jupiter and other governed by Rahu.

Jupiter stands for knowledge imparted by Rsi and whereas from power of Rahu is

all astrology born out of research by those who have learn the basics and

applied in selective way through their intelligence.

Human mind is influenced by planets , irrespective we analyze chart position by

the system of Rahu or Jupiter.

But our depth of knowledge is reflected by our hold on principles.

Hope there is nothing to rejoice if we are able to silence our critics but our

quest should continue to search the truth.

Is ignorance a real bliss ?

I am sure No one should agree with me.

Therefore Hope this mail is not taken offensive but thought provoking.

with regards.

Dear Srivastava ji, A dark mind sees darkness everywhere and bright might sees light and hope even in darkness. Yes, a positive mindset is difficult to achieve even for so called swamis. Please note that whether it is Rahu, Saturn or Jupiter or Venus it does not make any difference for the sincere practical astrologer - since he is more interested in derived results and the planets and horoscope is just a tool at his hands; for him a Jupiter does not have any special relevance or importance than Rahu; both are just tools for him that help him to derive results; whether the results be positive or negative for the native - astrologers happiness and confidence lies in correctly identifying the results irrespective of whether they are positive or negative or whether they are derived utilizing Jupiter or Rahu. Hope you will learn to look at astrology from an astrologer's perspective (whether as a teacher or student of astrology). Hope this helps.//> Therefore Hope this mail is not taken offensive but thought provoking.// Yes, your mail was though provoking -but more about your mindset than about astrology. Dear Sirs,

usually your mails are full of wisdom thats why I joined this forum.

I liked,in your mail

//Hope you will learn to look at astrology from an astrologer's

perspective //

Yes that is sincere & valuable viewpoint.

And it was what exactly I pointed out bringing out difference in

story and astrological truths.

BTW astrologer should be beyond a mindset to do justice with a chart.

Thanks for response.

regards

RCS.
