Dear Members,

 

Please follow two basic rules while posting:

 

1. Please address the person with a Ji, even if you know the person well outside the group. I understand that some people from the South and from Western countries are not used to this, but please try to avoid unnecessary problems. Only exception would be if the person himself/herself does not wish to be addressed that way.

 

2. Please sign all your emails. It is not that difficult. You can set up a "signature" in your email and you dont even have to type it every time. Sending an email out without signature is considered rude, across all cultures.
