The raashis are mentioned in the Narada Purana too. And these people who have been born just yesterday seem to know better than the writers and translators of these great puranas who belong to Exalted institutions. What impudence ? Who is there to ensure bread for the astrologers ? A puny mortal man who has all the time of the world to write bakwass on astrological forums with no knowledge shared, but just negative talking and bakwaas which is of no interest to the general readers ??? Dont bother about an astrologers bread and butter. It is being organised by the Creator Himself. Bother only about your own. We can manage anywhere without even any Panchang by our side, and in any part of the world. What about You ? can you earn your bread and butter with all this bakwaas ? Astrologers are not lying on the road that one should worry for his bread and butter. Do not show concern for our bread and butter. If our clients are satisfied they come to us and pay us for the time given to them. It is a mutual give and take relationship. No good astrologer moves around with a begging bowl like you people with your stupid theories which you take to astrology forums for somebody to lend a ear and listen, since you have no weight in your own folds. People come to us with folded hands and respect and pay us our Fees. And those who come with begging bowls with a show of impudence we know how to demand our frees from there. Those who come politely with their begging bowls we at times put something in their begging bowls. What about you ? have you ever been on side of the " Giver " ? So forget all this talk about Raashies been kept for the astrologers bread... I dont go to anybody and say " I will study your chart. Please give me money " . Its always the other way round. People come to me. I dont go to people. And I charge good Fees and not a desperate amount. My bread is already made before I get up from sleep. I also always have enough left to share it with others. Start worrying about your own.... Dont discredit an Astrologer ever. People like Harimalla and Kaul think they are the Messiahs to save the world from the Indian astrologers by declaring that Indian astrology is bogus and that the Indians have learnt astrology from the Greeks and at the same time one of them wants to say that he cares for the bread of the astrologers and wants to accept the Rashis for their sake. They don't condemn other astrologers. Alexander, the Macedonian, always had Greek astrologers with him to give him advice, even when he went from place to on his conqests. Kaul had no time to condemn that but his swords are only against the Indian astrologers. On top of that these people do not know abc of astrology. Such duplicioty has to be rebuked if not censored.
