I just want to make sure that the House does indicate the House

strength and not the Rashi. Like in this case 1st mean Virgo and not

Aries.

Yes, that's correct. These are the houses.

 

As a matter of fact, this strength depends on the exact cusps of houses. If you change the birthtime and lagna changes degrees (but not sign), you will see some change in the values.
