Guest guest
Dear sirs; I am trying to understand Horas and Time Zones.Seems if I don't get the time zone right I won't get the sunrise time right and therefore won't get the horas right. I was born in California and because of daylight savings I put in 7:00 TZ rather than 8 TZ in jhora. Today it is 1/24/08 which is not daylight savings time in California. I used 8 TZ in San Jose where I live and the chart that comes up is 1 hour short of the time it is now…What am I doing wrong.? I thought that by adjusting the TZ adjusted the DST issue Does it mean I don't adjust the TZ for DST? thank you... Sincerely, Sueann mckean
