Being a jytoish she had insisted on keeping the exact time and took great pains to have the exact time recorded. Now, all the divisional charts were the same except the "shastyamsa". We used to discuss and debate those charts way back in 1996-97. Later I learnt that one of the sons had died. The other is healthy, touch wood, and is doing well. The point is what prediction will you make about Saptamsa from both charts? Why such diverse results. Alright forget saptamsa, the trmsamsa is the same, yet the longevity is so different! This should tell that the methods I have taught so far are for understanding and predicting on the basis of Prakriti. Purusha is a separate issue and the determinant. Look at it like this. Till I taught about the divisions etc, people were making predictions only using Rasi and Navamsa chakra. How did they make correct predictions! There is a lot to learn and there are many tools to master. Other points are given below. Here is my request for you to throw some light on... 1) "Ketu Vipareetham" -- reckoning houses in reverse when Ketu is present in lagna. On the list, you have mentioned, we should not reverse reckoning. But in COVA you explicitly mentioned reckoning houses in reverse when Ketu is placed in Lagna. Is there a condition, when that should be applied and when it should not? Rath: Maharihsi Jaimini is very criptic..he says Vipareetam and my understanding so far has been that the Vipareetam applies only to matters associated with spirituality. To appreciate this you muct study the Sun-Moon-Rahu Chakra. 2) Finding sex of child and sibling from D-7 and D-3 respectively. The rules we have so far, seem inadequate at times. I am not being software engineer I am unable set program in any of the computer languages. So I request to the Jhora software team to do it for the group.
