Making an entry chart for Sudarsana Chakra Dasa with JH 7.1 build 2

I've noticed that in the panchanga after the tithi there is written

Nitya Klinna; May you explain the meaning?

 

I've noticed also that in some entry chart there is a considerable

difference in the Hour of entry chart using Lahiri ayanamsa and the

new variation of Lahiri ayanamsa.

 

Example: 08 dec 1968 08:58 37N14 - 14E31 CET -1:00

 

DPC 06 feb 1992 05:27:48 am Lahiri - 05:54:40 (variation)

 

The event occurred 28 feb 1992 (view Sarvatobhadra Chakra) a car accident.

 

In others example of entry chart the difference is much smaller.
