Guest guest
Hi Members,A very useful feature in JHora is to find out when a planet will change sign in a chart. This can be accomplished by doing a right mouse click directly on the alphabets representing the planet and select the option "when will (planet name) change sign in (chart name)".The user has to right mouse click within a certain area represented by the alphabets for this option to be available, else this option will be grey out (unavailable).Let's call this area the detection area for ease of communication. In JHora 7.1, this detection area seems to be smaller than JHora 7.02. You can verify this with different font sizes in 7.1 and 7.02.For example, try "Mo" (Moon). Right mouse click anywhere in the white area inside the "o" of "Mo". In JHora 7.02, the option is available. In JHora 7.1, the option is grey out. This may be one of the reason causing Arun to speculate that some features may be "disabled purposefully", which is of course not true for finding when a planet will change sign : jhora/message/1378Here's a tip to increase your chances of clicking within the detection area in JHora 7.1 everytime :Instead of aiming to right mouse click in the center of the alphabets, try to aim at the top left corner of the alphabets.Hope this info is useful for JHora 7.1 users.Best Wishes,Pushya

Guest guest
Hi Mr Sukmar, Your question has nothing to do with the subject " When planet change sign detection area smaller in in JHora 7.1 " . Please do not continue to use this thread when asking your question, as this may create confusion for members of this . Instead, start a new message in this with a new subject description. By doing so, you are actually increasing your chances of getting your question answered. Thank you. Guest guest
Namaste, I cannot explain it. The area associated with each planet name where you can click to get the popup menu items of that planet is fixed based on the font size and it has not changed. If you use the same font and same size, you should get identical behavior with 7.1 and 7.02. Guest guest
Hi PVR, Thanks for your reply. The difference in font size between the grahas and non-grahas bodies is bigger in JHora 7.1 compared to JHora 7.02. Personally, I like this change as it increases my visual speed in differentiating grahas and non-graha bodies during chart analysis. Perhaps when you made this font size difference changes, the detection area for " when planet change sign in rasi " is affected. In any case, this detection area is a very small issue and will most probably end up very low in your JHora update priority list. I rather have this current font size difference enhancement and smaller detection area than the other way round. Looking forward to your weekend update. Best Wishes, Pushya jhora , " Narasimha P.V.R.
