Guest guest
हरे राम कृष्ण Dear Vishwa, Namaskar. The pre 3000 BC problem can be solved by copying the ephemeris files into the 'jhcore' folder. After i did this (as suggested by Narasimha earlier) everything worked fine. I have seen that other ephemeris-based softwares such as Astrolog (astrolog.org) have positions of fixed stars in them. Being that JHora uses the same ephemeris files (the swiss ephemeris) can't we have an ayanamsa which follows spica as the reference point? Afterall we are in essence basing our entire ayanamsa on the star positions, so can't we get an option to do this? Reference to the means to program the fixed star positions: http://www.astro.com/swisseph/swephprg.htm#_Toc178045520 Yours sincerely, Visti Larsen ---------- www: http://srigaruda.com @: visti
