This is cast on the date and time when your birth-thithi repeats in the Transit,annual cycle. Shee PVR has developed this method. KP has no reference to it. If we check TP chart for Birth place 10th sublord RAHU indicate 10th strongly But if we check relocate TP chart fro New Delhi we found MAR is sublord of 10th and signifies.1,5,11(Badhaka) and also no planet in the star of MAR so MAR is strong significator of 10th. i think it is more preferable to cast chart with location where native at present. when i learn Tajik in 1995 with my GURU ,If i remember correctly he told me that always cast chart(Solar return or any annual chart) where native at present.
