Dear Narasimha

A variation of the Rasi-Bhukta (RB) Vimshottari dasa is popularized by Mr.Dinesh

Mathur in his books. I have found it giving results invariably correctly (rather

some of us are comfortable with it).

As per it, the antaradasa of a planet

1) starts from the rasi where it is placed, as in RB dasa in Jhora now

2) the period of the rasi antaradasa is equal in years to vimshottari dasa years

of the planet divided by 360 and multiplied by the degrees to cover in the rasi.

This could affect the first and last antaradasa periods compared to the current

Jhora RB antaradasa which assumes equal antaradasas. The planet's antara starts

exactly at the longitude it is in and ends at the same point after a full

circle. So the first and last antaradasa would be the same rasi that the planet

is placed in.

As per my experience the effect of some planets in some charts seem to be

pronounced to give results when it activates the sign it is in the second time

when it ends its antara in the same sign, which the present RB version in JHORA

does not permit to happen.

2) for retro planets the progression of the antaradasa is anticlockwise - the

planet regresses through all the signs.

Can these be considered as an option in your new release.

Thanks and regards

Ganesan
