But you can use "Copy monthly ephemeris in JD format (5:30 am)" pop-up menu item in "Panchanga" bottom tab under "Miscellany" tab, to capture the planetary positions at 5:30 am everyday. This has been the case with all versions of JHora released so far. Thanks, Narasimha ---- Mahi <mvarma6 > wrote: > Sir, See, what he asked is how can he get mean positions of planets , every day. You must know the time of sunrise, else the time is called 'Lagna', and it shows the 'A' (ascendant), from where the calculations are made. The sunrise is also mentioned below. Dr. Rao Sir would advise about the revised versions of Jhora.(Jagannath Hora). > > > ____________ _________ _________ __ > M M J <madhav_mjoshi@ .co. in> > jhora > Thursday, July 2, 2009 3:39:05 PM > Re: jhora problem with sarvashtakvarga > > > > > > I tried Jhora but the problem is I got different calculation in sarvashtakvarga, in different versions, can anybody guide me on this > > madhav > > --- On Thu, 2/7/09, Mahi <mvarma6 > wrote: > > > >Mahi <mvarma6 > > >Re: Mean positions of planets > >jhora > >Thursday, 2 July, 2009, 2:58 PM > > > > > >The best way, if you have a computer, download jhora earlier versions. Guest guest
Dear Rajagopal, In JHora atlas City names may not exactly match what you type all the time. Try typing partial name like " Madur " , " Vellor " , " Trich " and click the " Rest of the World " will give you multiple choices in the dropdown list, then select the right one. Here are the cities you are looking for, how they are spelled in JHora Atlas. Place: 79 E 08' 00 " , 12 N 56' 00 " Vellore, India Place: 78 E 41' 00 " , 10 N 49' 00 " Trichinapalli, India Place: 78 E 07' 00 " , 9 N 56' 00 " Madurai, India Alternatively, you can use URL http://www.itouchmap.com/latlong.html and get Longitude & Latitude by selecting a point on the map and enter the values manually in JHora. Hope this helps.
