Difference in Shadbala Calculation inspite of Same version !!!

sri ganeshaya namah,

 

dear narasimha ,

 

i have installed JHORA 7.32 on my desktop and laptop , and inspite of the same

settings , the shadbala calculation for the same chart is different on both

systems !!

 

has this something to do with different windows version ?

 

i have windows xp professional installed on my desktop and windows xp home

edition on my laptop ...

 

as per my own chart , moon shadbala is 9.15 rupas as per my desktop(xp pro) and

8.76 rupas as per my laptop (xp home).

 

this is also happeneing with every other chart ..

 

please guide as in whats the right value or its just a matter of different xp

versions ?

Have you checked the Ayanamsa? Ayanamsa has an impact on "Strengths" calculations.

 

Go to Preferences menu --> Related to Calculations --> Ayanamsa and set it to the same in both computers in question and see.--- On Fri, 7/10/09, chandan486 <wavelogix wrote:

yes dear , all the settings are exactly same to same !!!

That does not sound plausible.

 

Unless there is some option that is set differently or the data is entered

differently, you cannot get different calculations on different computers.

 

Please send me jhora.ini file (found in jhcore sub-directory under the directory

where you installed JHora) from both computers. Also, send me that jhd file

(birthdata) from both computers.

 

Also, select " Edit " and then " Complete chart calculations " and send me that text

from both computers.

 

If I have all this info, I may be able to look into it.
