Jagannath Hora showing rahu still in Capricorn

Namaste, If you use mean nodes, Rahu is still in Capricorn. If you use true nodes, Rahu has already moved. The other software you are using probably defaults to true nodes. Jagannatha Hora defaults to mean nodes. To use mean nodes, select "Preferences", "Related calculations" and "Planet calculation options" in the top menu. Best regards,

I have Jagannath Hora 7.3 and it is showing Rahu still in Capricorn even though it has already moved to Sagittarius. Why is this?

Thank you for this clarification, Narasimha, of the nodes in the signs. I had

been wondering why most astrologers I follow showed that RA KE moved to Sag-Gem

on November 3 whereas a few, including JHora, show RA KE around 0*. RA KE feel

" sandhi " to me at this time, neither of the previous sign or the next.

 

Would you share your philosophy of why JHora defaults using the mean and not the

true node calculations?
