simple question on lagna for a muhurta - using Jhora

hi all

 

a simple question on Lagna, since there are day time savings I am confused what the lagna would be

 

April 7th, 2010

Time: 8:15 AM

Location: San Jose, CA

 

For this I get Lagna as Aries, at 25 degrees. I set the time zone as -7 from GMT.

 

do I have to modify anything else? Someone from India was indicating that the lagna is tauras ...

 

what is the true lagna for this muhurta/

That is correct. Timezone is 7 hrs west of GMT and lagna is 25 deg Ar.
