Is Upaya a Lifetime guarntee?

I have one query on Remidial measure.

 

We prescribe remedial measure of the Planets which is malefic in Natal chart.Is this remedy for specific planet is going to get rid of the bad effect for whole life (life time guarntee) or we need to repeat the Upaya again as an when require

..

Let me explain by eaxmple:

 

Say some one has Mars in 4H in Natal Chart so the one remedy suggested is bury an earthen pot full of honey in uninhabited place.Now is this remedy for life long and no bad effect of Mars native will experience.

 

If this is the case then one can do one by one all the remedial measure of malefic planet ( which would be not more than 3-4 planets in average horoscope) and enjoy the life trouble free.

 

So my query:

 

a) Will Upaya require repition?

b)Suppose in the above example again Mars in 4H in Annual Chart then should it require the repition of Upaya?

c)Operative period of Mars is age between 28-33 yrs, will this upaya should be done at this age.
