problems ,the advice first:

 

[ a ] Yes , you could go ahead and buy property. It is going to be

quite profitable.

 

[ b ] I would not advise you to change job this birth year because

the change will not be long lasting and you may have to change again,

that is what the planets suggest.

 

and now the upaya for strengthening financial position

 

[ 1 ] Feed juar { millets } to the birds, every day if possible.

 

[ 2 ] Put a tilak on your fore-head of milk every day. Avoid using

any kind of oil on your fore-head.

 

and now for peace of mind :

 

[ 1 ] Every Monday offer at a temple a little rice coloured with

haldi paste.
