I do my job with full dedication and honesty, for which I am appreciated all the time. But during promotion or salary increment, I always neglected. It's very irritating to see a person getting promotion who has no qualification or done nothing. That's why I changed four companies and started from level zero in each company even though I have nine year of working experience. Can you kindly suggest some upaya for me to increase my career prospects? Now a day I am working in software firm, in India as a quality engineer.
