The remedies - Do they have any ill effects?

Following are the remedies per the e-book. These remedies are based on

the planets stated to be malefic by the excel workbook available in

the group files section.

 

Now I need to know if there are any caveats that one needs to watch

for before applying these remedies and do these remedies have any

possible ill effects. Also how long does one need to carry out each

remedy.
