35 years cycle starting planet

it has been written in the para 4 under the title " 35 sala chakkar "

that this 35 year cycle may start i.e. from the birth day with planet

jupiter and can also start with saturn in some other cases.

my simple querry is that how do we conclude as to which planet starts

the 35 year cycle from the birth day, is there any methodology for it.

 

I have been asking this question to many starwalts but to no avail,

sincerely hope that someone from this group may help me out.
