I think you have some doubts on your birth time.has any astrologer told you that you have two charts ? I think Jagmeet ji was referring to the two individuals you referred to i.e. one jiska paisa phaltaa nahi hai aur doosre woh whose money is very auspicious. In most of the case studies of lal kitab, Joshi ji has used two charts; isn't it?
