Guest guest Posted August 21, 2004 Report Share Posted August 21, 2004 no jyotish mail ji i DIFFER i was the one who stirred the hornest's nest on this issue but by and by i got in touch with the group memebers studied previous messages and now i dare to say that i have workable knowledge. u see discussion group means that u have your fundamentals clear, then only one can discuss, some of the group seniors like umesh, lalkitabee, bhuwan, bhatia ji have put in years of labour to reach this level, they have personal obligations also so they find it difficult to TEACH but they are more than liberal with discussions with people who have attained certain level of understanding. so the conclusion is FIRST LEARN THEN DISCUSS. i was totally against the prescription of upayas in the forum but when i was in trouble i myself sought for upayas and by god's grace they worked and i am a relived person now. the upayas serve 2 purposes ,it gives relief to the needy and information to the people. so rest assured there is going to be no spoonfeeding. have u tried to teach simple mathematics to children, it's as irritating for the seniors to teach us from the beggining. i recently got a book by rameshwar shashtri and one by sumat prasad on lk, very good books if u have the text book , these books serve as exhaustive notes.
