Respected fellow board members,

Could someone please explain what the impact of Daylight Savings

Time is on the calculation of birth charts? For instance, if someone

is born in Canada during DST, then what are the steps that should be

followed to get an accurate calculation of planets at birth?

Let's use the following example: 09/27/1976 9:45pm TORONTO, CANADA.

I have done these calculations using local time, and Indian Time,

and have gotten different results each time!! (Quite frustrating!)

Could the gurujans please explain how to assess what is the correct

calculation of planet placements? And using the example, what is the

correct placement of planets in each house?

This would really help us who were born in the West in trying to

cast correct horoscopes.

Thank you,

Iqbal

I will respond to this before the weekend seminar; will try to make this into a case study.
