I am not aware of any upaya for the last two problems. I have gone through the horoscope of your mother and here are the upaya for both the ailments of your mother. [ 1 ] She should offer a black and white {do-ranga} blanket at any temple. [ 2 ] She should feed dogs on sundays before sunrise. If she can't do this upaya herself , any of her children can do it for her.
