Ignore Aynamsha factor for LalKitab

Dear Tarun,

If your planetary degrees are in between 29 and 30 degrees of any sign

then Aynamsha play role in deciding the planets in a house. Other wise

in this system of LALKitab the degrees does not matter, only house

and planets are considered.The lahiri and Krishnamurty aynamsha are

just near and can be used for all purpose.
