You can buy Lal Kitab 1952 edition from Nai sadak, chandni chowk. One of the bookstore is Dehati Pustak Bhandar.

I have maintained a list of Bookshops in India at -

You can find the address of booksellers in Delhi. You can try KK Goyal & Co.
