[ 2 ] Find a shiv temple where the shiv ling has a serpent either carved round the shiv ling or is used as an umbrella over the shivling. Bathe this shivling with milk every Saturday for 13 Saturdays regularly. While bathing and feeding the shiv sarp with milk keep reciting the following mantra: " om nav kulaye vidhmahey vishdantaye dhimahi tanno sarp prachodheyat " I hope these two remedies will help you. Guest guest Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 Dear Khurana ji, If the shiv ling in the temple has a snake either carved around or has it as an umbrella, then you could worship at either of the places, which ever is convenient. If the shiv ling doesn't have a serpent in that case you should worship at the Nag Mandir. Basically it is the serpent which is to be bathed.
