[ 2 ] Immerse in a river 1100 gm Jau { barley } once on a thursday evening after sun set and before it gets dark. For better relations with your boss : [ 1 ] Establish at home an earthen pot [ ghara] filled with water and keep it in the west corner. When ever you go out for an important work add a few drops of water to the ghara. [ 2 ] Every day, pour a few drops of mustard oil out side your main gate on the right side of it { on the left as you enter the house }. Keep doing the upaya till you feel that the relations have improved.
