Guest guest
Dear Rajeev, [ 1 ] Yes, there is a change indicated during your 41st year i.e. the current year. The change will be with a higher start and good for you. You have to manage it in such a way that you get the job and join it before September 2007 i.e. before your next birth day. Therefore start negotiations / applying accordingly. [ 2 ] I would not be able to say whether you will get a job in your old organisation or not.
