Even if you assume they have { vedic }, mars is a friend of moon and the Saturn is lagnesh. Therefore they are not likely to harm the moon. [ 2 ] No I do not think he should be short tempered. Therefore you should get married during this transit period which is going to last till October 2007. I would put it latest by February 2008 when you will have ketu / moon with merc and ven pratyantars.
