Priya Ji,

There aren't any stray dogs here in California that we could feed. Is

there anything else we could do for this upaya?

Also my mother in law is in India and we can send her a silver dibbi

in April'07, through someone going to India at that time. If that is

late could we tell my mom to do that and we reimburse her for it?

For the earthern pot upaya..does it have to be covered by anything?

Thanks again for all your help.

Dear ,

[ 1 ] The upaya of feeding dogs pedas can be done by either of his

parents back home in India. They should do the upaya after a mental

sankalp that they are doing it for their son.

Your mother or any one from your bloodline can not do the upaya for

him.

[ 2 ] It would be better that he sends to his mother a few grains

of rice in a letter. She could keep the rice in a silver dibbi which

you could pay for later.

[ 3 ] Yes the pot must have a lid.

Sincerely,

Priya
