Dear Alka,

 

I am suggesting the upaya for his 14th year.

 

[ 1 ] Keep in his room a small solid silver toy elephant dipped in

rain water. You could use a glass jar for it.

 

[ 2 ] Bury near a cemetery a little gur in a glass bottle with a

glass lid.

 

[ 3 ] Collect some rain water in a brass container and keep this

container, with 4 small square pieces of silver immersed in the

water, in the North East corner of your house. Keep the lid on so

that the water doesn't evaporate fast. Collect enough rain water to

last you for a year. In case rain water is not available, Ganga jal

can be used.

 

Since he is going through the Ketu years there is a possibility that

he might lack concentration during studies. Therefore :

 

[ 1 ] Wear a small square piece of copper in a silver chain for

concentration in studies for examination

 

[ 2 ] Wear round the neck a 6 mukhi rudraksh between two 5 mukhi

rudraksha in a white thread. Wear it on any Monday of the bright

half of the month { shukla paksha} after worshiping Lord Shiv.

( 5 and 6 mukhi rudraksha are the most common and available in

abundance. They are the least expensive also; just a few rupees a

piece.)

 

[ 3 ] Keep in his room a little honey in a silver dibbi.
