Dear sandhya,

 

[ 1 ] The til should be both black and white. Mix the two varieties

to have black & white til.

 

[ 2 ] If you haven't found a pond or a well to pour milk in, as an

alternative you could pour a few drops of mustard oil onto the bare

ground every saturday. This upaya is for Saturn.
