He is going through Jupiter / Ketu dasha which will last till November 2007. Things could be even worse after that because he will begin his Jupiter / Venus dasha from November 2007. I am suggesting a few upaya which might help. He should : [ 1 ] Apply haldi tilak between his eye brows and ear lobes every day. [ 2 ] Gift chana Dal at a temple for 7 days regularly. [ 3 ] Recite the beej mantra for Jupiter as many times a day as he can. Get the text and the audio for the mantra from the files. [ 4 ] Bury deep in the mud under the water , in a river or pond , a little mustard oil filled in an earthen pot. Cement the lid so that the oil doesn't spill out into the water. Bury the pot at such a place where it stays under water the whole year round. Do not bring back home the digging tool. I will not advise you to send him away from you specially when his Jupiter / venus dasha is going to start this November. He might get involved with girls and ruin his life. Like any other parent of this universe I want him to be good and happy, but if the stars are like that what can be done for him? Iam concerned and Iam scared. You have suggested that we should not send him away from us. But in any case he has to go away from us for college education. In that case there are two options. He will attend some US university where he would have more freedom and environment to do anything which is not considered as wrong in this culture. The second option is to send him to India for higher studies where perhaps that kind of freedom is not available. Kindly suggest as an elder what should be done for his well being.Secondly, chances are that he will not recite jupiter mantra. Is there any other upaya for that? All I meant was that he is to be supervised so that he doesn't slide down further. For Jup / Venus dasha, he should feed green fodder or palak { spinach } to the cows at least once a week ; and recite the beej mantra for Venus as often as he can. Kindly clarify that the jupiter/venus dasha is starting from november 2007. So the upaya of feeding palak to cow and to recite venus beej mantra should be started around that period or it has to be done before that?.
