Dear Ganesh,

 

You have mentioned two major problems : Recognition of your work;

and changing jobs too often. I am suggesting a few upaya which you

have to do accroding to the upaya rules. You are already familiar

with upaya rules.

 

Recognition of work :

 

[ 1 ] Bury in a place where grass grows 7 pieces of kala namak,

once. Do not bring back home the digging tool.

[ 2 ] Offer at a temple 9 mushrooms kept in an earthen pot, once.

[ 3 ] Offer water to the Sun God every day. Add a little milk and

sugar to the water before offering.

 

Changes too often :

 

[ 1 ] Immerse in a river / sea 10 yellow lemmons each Sunday for 7

sundays regularly.

[ 2 ] Apply haldi tilak between your eye brows every day.
